I’m a QA and operations professional with over 24 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in Quality Assurance leadership, project delivery, and cross-functional team management. My background spans domains like EdTech, publishing, insurance, SaaS, and enterprise applications. I focus on building high-performing QA teams, implementing robust testing strategies, and driving operational excellence across software delivery projects.

Currently, I serve as Co-Founder & Head of Operations at a technology services company, where I lead QA delivery, project execution, and internal business operations. My QA practice includes end-to-end test planning, functional and regression testing, mobile testing (iOS, Android), accessibility testing (WCAG), and LMS platform QA. I manage test teams, oversee delivery pipelines, and align testing outcomes with business goals.

Previously, I worked for 16 years at a global IT services firm, where I held leadership roles such as Senior QA Manager and Scrum Master. I was responsible for delivering QA services to enterprise clients in North America and the Middle East. Key projects included a global e-learning platform (mobile + web), an investment management suite, and a large-scale hotel loyalty system. I led teams both onsite and offshore, handled sprint planning and delivery, and collaborated closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

I have hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure Boards, QA Complete, and Confluence. I’m proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies and have led QA for web and mobile products from requirement gathering through production release. I’ve also helped define QA Centers of Excellence, mentored junior testers, and implemented structured QA workflows across distributed teams.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Software Tester for mid-sized IT firms, contributing to desktop and CBT software projects. Over time, I transitioned into managing full-lifecycle QA delivery and broader project operations.

I combine technical depth in QA with business and operational leadership. This allows me to support organizations in scaling their QA capabilities while improving quality, efficiency, and delivery timelines. Whether it's leading a QA project, advising on test strategy, or managing end-to-end delivery for digital platforms, I bring a structured, value-driven approach with a focus on client success.
