I have been working as a Manager - Service Support operations for the last 2.5 years, and I handle 3 teams comprising of 55 people. Prior, I have also been an Assistant Manager - Operations for 2 years handling different teams including Service Desk, Major Incident Management, and NOC. I have an overall experience of about 14 years in ITES/BPO. A computer science graduate with experience in Service Desk Management, IT Helpdesk Management, NOC, Incident Management and CRM.
