*Keep abreast with latest development & best practices related to materials, inventory control and stores.

*Updating employees list as per job Sites / location wise on daily basis.
*Keeping update records of documents such as License, Work permit, Passport etc.
* Process of Leave / Resignation/ Travel request and forward to concerned department for approval and further processing.
