and dried fruit slices in Australia. I have been working there for over 2 years now.
Responsibilities:

Responding to customers’ emails, calls and messages in online chats and resolve
their issues in the first step and report to the sales manager.
Full communication with the warehouse team to make sure about the accuracy
and quality of deliveries
Commutations with the couriers since setting up from the warehouse till being
delivered and double checking the item with customers
Helping customers over the phone to submit their requests
