If I had to sum myself up, I’d say I’m a hardworking, people-oriented woman who refuses to settle for less than my best. I’ve worn a lot of hats — from working in customer service and hospitality to managing office tasks and helping take care of kids — and each experience has taught me something valuable. What ties it all together is that I know how to handle people, pressure, and responsibility.
I’m a recent Psychology graduate from Felician University, but my skills go way beyond books and research. I’m naturally good with people — reading the room, staying calm when things get hectic, and finding solutions that make everyone feel heard. That comes from experience in fast-paced jobs where multitasking wasn’t optional — it was survival. Whether it’s greeting guests, organizing schedules, or keeping a team running smoothly, I can adapt, problem-solve, and lead without missing a beat.
I’m proud of my work ethic. When I say I give 100%, I mean it. I show up ready to learn, ready to help, and ready to handle whatever comes my way. I’ve been in situations where I had to figure things out fast — balancing school, family responsibilities, and work — and that taught me how to stay organized and focused no matter what’s going on around me. I’ve developed strong communication skills, the ability to de-escalate situations with patience, and a sense of professionalism that makes people trust me.
Another thing about me: I take pride in connecting with people. I treat everyone with respect, whether it’s a customer, coworker, or client. I believe how you treat others says a lot about you, and I always aim to leave a good impression. I know how to listen, motivate others, and bring good energy to any environment.
Long term, I want to use everything I’ve learned — from psychology to customer service — to build a career that helps others grow. I’ve always had a heart for people, especially youth who need support and understanding. My dream is to open my own practice one day, focusing on helping juveniles work through their challenges and create better futures.
At the end of the day, I’m not afraid to start anywhere or learn something new. I’ve built myself from the ground up, and every step has made me stronger, smarter, and more capable. I’m proud of how far I’ve come — and even more excited about where I’m going next.
