Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven finance professional with solid academic training and hands-on experience in financial reporting, FP&A, consolidation, and audit support within both multinational groups and SMEs. I am passionate about transforming financial data into actionable insights that support decision-making, strengthen internal controls, and enhance business performance.

Through my experience as a Financial Controller at SLEEVER International, I developed strong expertise in cost analysis, performance monitoring, and industrial financial control. I collected and analyzed production data, built dashboards to track efficiency and cost optimization, and performed margin analysis by client. I also assessed the financial impact of operational issues such as machine downtime, raw material consumption, and production stoppages, ensuring transparency and reliability of reporting for management and stakeholders.

During my apprenticeship as an FP&A Analyst at GE Vernova – Power Conversion, I gained in-depth exposure to IFRS and US GAAP compliance, consolidation processes, and audit preparation. I supported monthly closings, performed reconciliations, variance analyses, and worked closely with external auditors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements. I also contributed to finance transformation initiatives by automating controls and migrating reporting tools to Power BI, demonstrating my ability to leverage technology to improve financial processes.

As a trainee at GE Vernova – Grid Solutions, I strengthened my skills in consolidated financial analysis across multiple entities, risk assessment of long-term projects, and reconciliation between accounting and reporting systems such as SAP and Oracle. This experience reinforced my rigor, analytical mindset, and ability to work in complex, international environments.

Earlier in my career in Morocco, I held responsibilities in financial, administrative, and legal management within an accounting and tax advisory firm, where I managed tax audits, prepared financial statements, and developed internal control procedures for a portfolio of over 50 SME clients. I also contributed to an ERP implementation project, leading process mapping, needs analysis, and user training, which resulted in significant efficiency gains.

Technically, I am proficient in ERP and BI tools including SAP (FI-CO, BW, BPC), Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Qlik, and advanced Excel. I am also fluent in French and English, with a working knowledge of Chinese.
