As an industry-recognized Project Portfolio Management (PPM) expert, I have designed project governance frameworks for oversight of up to a $100 million-dollar CAPEX budgets. 

I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) that has built and renewed more than seven Project, Program, and Portfolio Management Offices (PMO) by focusing on the integration of people, process, and technology. 

Since 2004 I've served as application and product owner of PPM Systems with oversight of new system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades for > 7,000 users at corporations headquartered throughout the US. 

Demonstrated ability to effectively set project management standards and unify a group of Project & Program Managers around those standards and provide clarity.
