I have worked as a Customer Service Specialist for more than 7 years for different types of accounts such as telecommunications, technical and financial accounts. I became a Senior Customer Specialist eventually because of the skills and the knowledge that I acquired over the years in the BPO industry. Prior to the call center experience, I worked in a private school as a teacher, then became an Administrative Assistant where I also oversaw the activities of students for the whole 3 years where patience and flexibility are important to run a school. I also held supervisory position in the largest retail store in the Philippines which demands good leadership and management and ability to deliver the tasks efficiently even under pressure. I can confidently say that with all the experiences from my previous jobs, I was able to develop good communication, critical thinking, attention to details and resourcefulness. I am dependable and I am a dedicated person.
