I've had work at home experience handling U.S Real Estate campaign doing outbound appointment setting for my client and also some email marketing stuff. Right now, I am looking forward to building a career working at home. I'm very passionate in what I do and I make sure I do my best in everything. I am able to manage my family life and my career life well and I'm great at multitasking. I've been a Database Operations Team Leader, which focuses on multitasking. I research online the information that our client needs and I am in charge of managing different agents in my team, make sure they do their job well that meets the standard of our client and be able to enhance their skills as well, by coaching and training them. I have also worked for different BPO Companies here in the Philippines handling International accounts, and I am confident to talking to different types of people using the English language. My training, coaching and experiences in that industry made me fluent in speaking and writing English. I strongly believe that I am suitable for this job and I embrace new information well. I am very much prepared and willing to be trained if needed.
