The system used a microcontroller to automate the process of water pumping in an over-head tank storage system and has the ability to detect the level of water in a tank, switch on/off the pump accordingly the status on a tank.  A major project on IR Wireless Underwater Communication System. An underwater communications system comprising first and second communications modules that transmit and receive data utilizing infrared radiation. Each module has a transmitter/receiver which converts each received data byte to RS-232 formatted data for transmission to a computer.
