I recently started my studies and improvement in the fields of Power BI, Python, SQL to work with Database and Data analysis, where I intend to focus and develop more. I'm looking for new projects where I'll be able to show what I already have the knowledge, offering the best always and find opportunities to learn.

I'm a Copywriter who's truly passionate about words and strategy. My mission is to craft engaging messages that drive impact and conversions. With skills in persuasive writing and a deep understanding of marketing, I'm prepared to elevate your brand to the next level.

3- Customer service 

I've experienced customer service after working for 8 years in the area of international logistics following the shipments from Asia, Europe, and Latin America to Brazil. The characteristics that I developed were patience and mainly attention to solving problems and choosing a better way to make my customers happy. I would like to accept new work challenges to learn and have new experiences and also share knowledge. 

4- Virtual assistant/ personal assistant 

I’ve experienced with advanced excel after working almost 4 years making import manager reports results in Spanish from Brazil to Costa Rica.
