Been in a Customer Service field for since April 2016, handling technical issues based in US for cable, internet and phone. Also trained with GDS with my experience with travel agency based in US as well. And worked as CSR for loan company and wage advance company in US at the same time promoted as a Team Leader and handled Dominos CSR based in US. Currently working as a Real Estate VA based in Australia. I am efficient with both written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.), Canva. I adopt easily to tasks and working environment and I can work under minimal to no supervision.
