Amanda Quir

Hello there! I am a teacher by profession and have been teaching History and English in a private school for three years already when I decided to quit my job and volunteer in Ghana, Jamaica, and Haiti for one full year. And I recently just got back. So, here I am trying to look for another adventure.

In my one year abroad, I was able to hone the talent of keeping my friends updated despite the scarcity of internet in the areas I was in. Plus points for being industrious and consistent! I also lived in an international environment, working with Americans and Australians during that time. I am quite proud to say that I have developed a skill of understanding an Australian under pressure while helping a Ghanian woman give birth at home. So if you ever find yourself in this situation, you got your person right here!

Also, I currently have a lot of free time. This makes me super excited to work on any job you have! And that's what we all need right? An overly excited person to do the work.
