Presentation of results, risks and opportunities and market momentum to senior stakeholders at key business meetings during the month. Manage and develop a small team who prepare key financial outputs for review, including, month financial results, budgets and forecasts which are supported by in-depth analysis of key financials, trends and drivers. Review and approve Pricing and CAPEX models for their business benefits and ensure these are appropriately reflected in budgets/forecasts. Business partnering and stakeholder management to ensure understanding of results and their impact on planning models and future trends. Develop, maintain and continuously improve driver-based forecasting and planning models, including loading of budgets and forecasts in Hyperion Essbase Smartview. Produce business analyses based on commercial acumen, coordinate relevant plans and identify key factors and trends. Provide advice based on technical knowledge and recommend improvements to reduce variance within prescribed time lines. Assess and build bespoke business models to align with Pricing team and strategic direction of Prepaid program of work. Assisted in setting up the Daily Dashboard for Prepaid reporting to assist the business in keeping track of metrics on a daily basis particularly in peak periods. This has enabled the business to make quick, informed decisions in order to execute go to market solutions in a timely manner in the face of intense competition. Improved the accuracy of our mid-month forecasting by incorporating seasonal growth rates from prior years. January 2014 – May 2015 Telstra Finance Analyst │ NA&S Finance Relevant Experience: Retrieve data based on NA&S matrix using Hyperion Essbase Smartview for month-end results to capture an end-to-end view of the NA&S product. Preparation of month-end presentation for key stakeholders in the NA&S Business, including analysis of key variances and trends.
