I work as an IT support for a 3i-infotech company where I handle network issues and ensure computers stay connected to the company internet.

I finished my degree program in bachelor's of computer applications and I am a trained Microsoft Certified System Admin. I also have other training from Cisco and Oracle. Thanks to my technical expertise, I have worked in desktop support at Ebix Smart Class Pvt. Ltd company where I interfaced with other people to keep computers and IT systems working in a secure environment.

I understand you need someone who not only has the technical skills but interpersonal skills to work with different individuals in any situation. As someone who can work late into the night to ensure employees can resume work with no computer glitches in the morning, my goal is to use my skills to make the organization run efficiently
