Why accounting? 5 years of university in India and in Sydney. Internships and university projects with outstanding grades.
Why customer service? Experience in sales, lead generation, and handling customer queries as for all of my jobs I was dealing directly with all clients. I have experience in increasing sales, and with lead generation that converted to actual clients. Cold calling, emailing and in house visits were all utilised to increase leads.
