I highly appreciate the effort you've taken in reviewing my profile! I'm a home-based freelancer. In the past few years, I've been able to acquire a set of skills from education. I currently hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. In terms of work experiences, I've gained a lot of knowledge and a good grasp of the skills you could learn as an agent in customer service involving banking. Aside from that, I am able to teach beginner to advanced English to children and adults alike.

I have also gained experience in Team and Data Management by previously handling a team as a supervisor, making sure they progress, grow and improve their skills. I was able to take care of coaching, training, archiving, updating and creating Google and Excel sheets to keep track of my team's progress and make sure we hit our targets on the right deadlines. I also handled the back-end scheduling tasks to make sure their schedules for students are up to date in real time.

I'm currently very interested in doing home-based work involving data entry, virtual assistant jobs or administrative tasks. I've been commended for my punctuality and quality in terms of my work ethics. They've also appreciated my initiative to help other people. Because of this, I'd love to work for people who are looking for someone committed and passionate in working hard all while growing and progressing to achieve "an even bigger picture".
