I am Alyssa Ponseca. When it comes to running my own online business, I handle everything from order fulfilment to graphic design to digital marketing. I had an office job experience at a Distributing Company and started as an Encoder. As a consequence of my exceptional performance, I was promoted to Stock Analyst and subsequently Account Receivable Clerk with all of the talents and skills I've acquired, I'm assertive that I can provide for and meet all of my clients' needs. I look forward to working with you.

I studied a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and took a Bachelor of Science in Architecture as well. Additionally I enrolled in Front Office, Events Management, Baking and Cookery courses. I’m also multilingual as I am knowledgeable as I have a good command in Korean, English and Filipino. It has always been about learning information and skills that will help people live more purposefullives.

Establishing a rapport with my clientele is something I enjoy doing very much. Every task that I undertake is filled with passion and dedication. The satisfaction of my clients is of the utmost importance to me. The responses I provide to my clients' inquiries are both logical and opinionated; in addition, I collaborate with them to develop a vision for the project, design concepts, and to ensure that all deadlines and standards are met for any project in which I am involved.

As a goal-oriented E-commerce Entrepreneur and Virtual Assistant, I concentrated my efforts on achieving a certain objective or completing a specific job task. Clients need to concentrate solely on building their company while I take care of the rest of the details. My experiences have provided me with information and skills that have enabled me to become adecisive individual.
