I have years of experience as a personal assistant in a university. My work consisted mainly of taking minutes in meetings, scheduling, and creating promotional content.

On top of this experience, I also have excellent customer service skills as I worked as a server for many years. I understand the importance of treating clients with respect and this transcends into my comportment when working in teams.
