Hi, I’m Alyssa Grace, and I’ve built my career around helping businesses and people stay organized, supported, and connected. In property management, my role revolves around coordinating the details that make operations run smoothly. I handle maintenance requests from start to finish, logging tickets, scheduling vendor visits, tracking progress, and making sure tenants and landlords are updated along the way. I also prepare reports, maintain records, and schedule inspections, move-ins, and move-outs. It’s a mix of organization, multitasking, and problem-solving, and I genuinely enjoy being the person who ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Before transitioning into property management, I worked in healthcare administration. I scheduled appointments, managed patient records, coordinated insurance claims, and supported hospital operations. I also helped organize blood donation drives and community health events. Those experiences taught me how to handle sensitive information with care, work with a wide range of people, and stay calm and professional under pressure.

I’d describe myself as detail-oriented, reliable, and approachable. I enjoy creating structure and order out of busy workflows, and I’m proactive about solving small issues before they grow into bigger ones. Communication is one of my strengths; I make it a priority to keep tenants, vendors, and colleagues updated so everyone feels informed and supported.

On the technical side, I’m confident using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoho CRM, and Calendly. I adapt quickly to new systems and processes, but what I value most is being consistent and dependable in the way I work.

What drives me is the knowledge that at the end of every request, email, or phone call, a person is relying on me to deliver.
