Quest Hackathon
I had the opportunity to serve as Project Manager and
Game Master for The Ultimate Office Quest, a companywide hackathon-style team-building experience
designed to enhance collaboration, creativity, and
problem-solving. I led the full execution of the initiative,
from concept development to live facilitation.
As the primary architect of the idea, I developed the
structure, game plan, rules, and challenge flow, blending
elements of a scavenger hunt, escape room, and
workplace simulations across four themed levels. My role
involved coordinating cross-functional contributions,
overseeing logistics, ensuring thematic consistency, and
guiding teams through the event.
This experience allowed me to apply my strengths in
planning, leadership, and engagement design, while
