Alvinia Althea Cancino

Alvinia Althea Abanilla-Cancino is a hands-on professional, with a successful record of
accomplishments in the banking industry (a Philippine Universal Bank). Her experiences include
and not limited to corporate communications and managerial skills with focus on preparation
and dissemination of bank communication to both its internal and external markets,
copywriting of press releases, preparation and organization of corporate events, product
development, and project management.

Ms. Abanilla-Cancino also has experience as a technical writer with a US-based environmental and sustainability services firm. Part of her duties and responsibilities were the analysis of request for proposals, in-depth information search andretrieval, copyediting, and preparation of the proposal content. Ms. Abanilla-Cancino is also co-author of the US firm's Process Guide for Technical Writers and was the Proposal Team Lead, managing the other technical writer and graphic artist from January 2016 to October 2016.

Ms. Abanilla-Cancino has a Master of Science in Commerce major in Marketing from the
University of Santo Tomas and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from St. Scholastica’s
College, Manila.
