Lauzon, I am a Real Estate Search Analyst (specifically in U.S.A.) with 12 years working experience with my former employer ( Mandata Corporation and JPmorgan Chase Bank) in searching, retrieving, and analyzing documents related in Real Estate and all Title Insurance Companies of various counties and state in United States of America such as Deeds, Mortgages, Liens, Judgments, and more than 15 years of experience in a fast paced BPO industry.

• Title Search / Abstracting (Full Search, Limited Search, Two Owner Search, Update search, REO and 30 & 60 Year Search)

Below are some of the projects that I have handled in the past for Real Estate professionals.

Real Estate Title Search / Title Abstractor / Title Analyst / Title Examiners: Examination of public records to determine and confirm a property's legal ownership, determine outstanding mortgages, liens, judgements, property restrictions and easements, inputting all findings into a title report

Skip Tracing: Researching phone numbers, email and mailing address of property owners.

Real Estate Investors Auction Pre(Foreclosure) : Obtaining tax delinquent, tax roll and tax lien, obtaining tax sale, mortgages, data mining/entry etc.

Lead Generation / Contact Discovery/Data Mining: To help us build data by performing contact discovery on multiple campaigns.

Also, I handle Property research using MLS websites, Data Scraping, Data Mining and Data Extraction. Unfortunately, I don't accept cold-calling jobs and SEO/SMM jobs, because these two are not the best of my skills. I prefer Flexible time.

Pretty much I have been in the Real Estate field ever since I started working remotely and I would love to explore a different niche.
