These are my working objectives:

1. To consider accuracy, completeness, orderliness on the job to be performed;

2. To consider the amount of acceptable work to be accomplished and the ability to complete work within time schedule;

3. To be able to carry on instructions, fulfill responsibilities, and the ability to work with minimum supervision;

4. To know and understand the details and nature of the assigned job and related job;

5. To regularly be punctual in attendance;

6. To be always cooperative with others including the ability to act jointly with Supervisor/s for the benefit of the company;

7. To have the ability to think and perform new and innovative things towards the improvement of the present methods or add to existing knowledge;

8. To have an extraordinary enthusiasm or interest in work;

9. To be cheerful, diplomatic and friendly to others as a result of the totality of my personal and social traits
