My name is Alvin Roan, with 2 years of experience working as a Freelance VA/Ecommerce Data Specialist (http://moderndaymuffler.com/ and http://bragan.net/). Very much familiar with listing on eBay Motors/Parts Compatibility as my previous and current employer engaged in dropshipping for Vehicle Parts and Accessories. I can create a listing and apply html formatting for Listing Description from raw data pulled directly from SEMA and other data coops for vehicle parts. I love editing and uploading data by bulk using Excel / csv files.

Before becoming a Freelancer, I also worked for 8 years as a Senior Support Officer in one of the biggest E-Commerce website here in the Philippines, where my main function is Customer Support, handling Fraud related concerns and issues about website usability and as one from Support Team part of our daily task is website management and monitoring where we edit, make necessary corrections and remove reported advertisement especially those posted on the wrong category, ads posted multiple times, wrote ads with images taken from another seller, illegal or inappropriate ad.

*Familiar with Hubstaff, TimeDoctor, Trello and Shipstation.

*Basic Knowledge of HTML.

*I am VERY Good at using EXCEL or Spreadsheet.

*Know how to manage and maintain data in Shopify, Magento, and WordPress websites.

*Knowledge in using Google Adsense, Google Analytics, and Adwords

*Image Editing using Gimp, Inkscape.

*A little knowledge in 3D Design using Blender and ZBrush.
