My name is Alvin I’m a Virtual Assistant that can handle Live Chat,E-mails and phone calls. I am a Customer Care Specialist and Technical Support Representative. I can handle admin task as well.
I have 3 Years and experience as a Virtual Assistant and 2 years as a Technical Support Representative. I was trained to handle concerns on updating information on the account, placing orders, order inquiries, and performing basic and advance troubleshooting on internet service. I am also trained to handle client Live chat, email and phone.
I can use CRM tools like Infusionsoft and Podio . I am knowledgeable in Zendesk Appbox, LiveChat, Google Spreadsheets, Gmail, Zoom, GTM meetings etc
I am also trained using dialer tools like MOJO and APNtalkdialer.
I’m the type of person who is willing to give my best to help out a customer and provide all possible alternatives to ensure their satisfaction.
