My performance led to promotions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both Technical Support and Loyalty, where I mentored agents, provided escalated support, and helped drive process improvements. I later advanced to Credit and Collections, where I was again promoted to SME and then to Training Specialist, delivering effective training programs that enhanced team performance and efficiency.
Currently, as a Purchasing Manager, I oversee vendor relations, procurement strategies, and budget management, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions while maintaining quality standards.
