Position: IT Help Desk
Responsibilities: Resolve technical issues by ticketing remotely and on site to HP customers and
workers.
Worked for 3 years in the Credit Suisse account as IT Support. I received calls about technical
problems. We resolved the problems over the phone. And for the problems that were not resolved
immediately, there was a program to connect remotely to customer’s computer in order to work
directly in their machines.
After that, I worked in the HPIT department, which is the IT department for HP. In this department,
we had to fix the technical issues on site. Interact directly with the people and resolve their
technical problems on site. This included VPN, Outlook, Internet connections, Hardware issues,
Microsoft Office problems, User Permission issues with Active Directory and reimage.
During the time in HP, I was in charge of granting accesses for new agents through Active Directory
and configuring their machines.
Also I managed the department inventory. Keeping records of all the assets.
