A B2B company where I would book prospective clients on sales calls from social media
(Facebook and Instagram) where I had to book 0.5 prospects per hour. Every week we had

leads on Instagram to produce more sales. This was a hybrid role that required sales,
customer service and virtual assistant skills so we could guarantee as a team that the weekly
goals were always met.

I started working as a reference agent for a campaign called oportun(loan company) I had to
contact applicant's references to verify personal information required in the loan approval
process, this was a simple process that required a lot of customers service , after 3 months I
moved to the sales department where I learned how the whole application process works
and 5 months later I got promoted to Quality analyst, this position in particular required
ridership since I was in charge of a 25 people wave in the sales department, required a lot of
people skills and customer service since I had to listen calls and provide proper feedback to
each agent, come up with an action plan when required and share weekly reports with the
operations manager from the sales department in Mexico.
