Hi, I’m Althea! I’ve spent the past few years helping customers, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly—whether that’s in sales, customer support, or behind-the-scenes admin work.
I got my start in telecom, supporting Sprint and T-Mobile customers with billing, technical issues, and account management. I loved turning challenges into solutions, and even became a go-to mentor for new teammates. From there, I joined Concentrix, where I balanced customer calls with back-office tasks like data entry and billing. That experience taught me how to stay organized and handle multiple priorities at once.
Most recently, I worked with AVAS Flowers, where I assisted customers through phone, chat, and email—helping them with orders, delivery updates, and even recommending the perfect arrangements. I worked closely with operations and delivery teams, making sure everything got to customers on time.
What I enjoy most is helping people, whether it’s answering questions, resolving issues, or making sure processes go smoothly. I’m fluent in English and Filipino, detail-oriented, and always ready to learn something new.
