Substantial experience and outstanding skills in customer service for 8 years in BPO industry. Represented and worked for big companies like Sprint and JP Morgan Chase. I have 3 years of supervisory position and familiar with different CRM like Zendesk, Freshdesh, HelpScout and Live Agent. I was solely responsible for handling the smooth functioning of the Customer Service Team and ensured that all the activities ran properly. I am capable of handling work under great pressure with less supervision.
