I am writing to provide a reference for Altay Yuzeir, who worked with us at Aimed
Analytics from April 15, 2024, to August 15, 2024. During this time, Altay Yuzeir was
involved in several key projects, most notably contributing to our dynamic data
visualization.
Altay Yuzeir was responsible for building a Shiny app that presented analysis results
interactively, enabling users to explore data in a dynamic environment. He also
integrated the app into a cloud setting, incorporating Amazon Cognito for
authentication, ensuring secure and seamless access. Additionally, Altay Yuzeir
worked on creating interactive visualizations using Plotly in R, enhancing user
interactivity with JavaScript, and refining the app’s appearance with custom CSS. He
also explored alternative approaches, such as developing a strategy to populate
Quarto files with visualizations, offering alternatives to the Shiny framework.
While the scope of the work often required adaptations to fit our cloud architecture,
Altay Yuzeir showed perseverance and was always committed to delivering his best.
He demonstrated a noticeable development curve, particularly in his teamwork
abilities. Throughout his time with us, he actively participated in group discussions,
providing thoughtful input and showing openness to feedback and critique.
Altay Yuzeir consistently demonstrated a strong eagerness to master both hard and
soft skills. He was easy to work with, even in a fully remote setting, and maintained clear
and positive communication. By the end of his tenure, he expressed interest in
continuing to contribute to aimed analytics, showing dedication to the company and
its goals.
Overall, I would describe Altay Yuzeir as someone who grew significantly during his
time with us, demonstrating commitment, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards
learning and teamwork.
