RCN TELEVISIÓN S.A. Budget and Control Manager, 2017 - 2020
Responsabilities: Coordinate the update of the company's business plan;
coordinate the preparation of the budget and manage all the information
related to the execution of costs and expenses; prepare management reports for
Financial VP and Board of Directors, monitor the income statement and balance
sheet, develop financial models to support business decisions; coordinate
treasury processes and monthly closings of sales, costs and profitability models
and business units.
Main achievements: 1. I developed a Profitability Model, through which it was
possible to integrate the information on income, costs and to distribute
expenses by activities and to generate reports on the results of programs and
business units. This model helped reduce response times from three days to five
minutes and optimize information for decision-making.
2. I designed the Financial Projections Model, which allowed the monthly update
at each closing and with the update of macroeconomic indicators and strategic
decisions, generated the projection of results, balance, financial position and
business units in the short and medium term. This model was essential to
support the Financial VP and the Presidency in making tactical and strategic
decisions.

Responsabilities: Follow-up on the budgetary execution of program,
programming and cost center costs; elaboration of management reports of the
air programs.
Main achievements: 1. I designed a results report that included the most
important parameters to measure program management, including income,
rating, production, costs, airtime and income statement against the budget. This
report was important in making decisions about similar products and in
measuring actual results against expectations at the time of design. 2. I
accompanied the Company's Presidency in preparing the monthly presentation
to the Board of Directors and in coordinating reports for it, managing to
maintain a dynamic and organized presentation regarding financial,
programming, rating, and infrastructure issues. and new projects. This monthly
presentation helped streamline business analysis time and decision-making by
the Board of Directors.

Responsabilities: Budgeting and budget control of programs and cost centers;
administration of the SAP controlling module.
Main achivements: 1. I was the leading user in the parameterization of the SAP
CO module and designed the configuration of the company's cost structure,
which are still used to carry out all the monthly cost closing processes. 2. I
developed an Excel model to make the program budgets and the general budget
of the company.
