I' ve been in the call center industry since 2007 until March 2018. I worked for various post for two different companies only. I started as customer service representative, then as an insurance analyst and later on got promoted as a team leader. As team leader, we are in constant use of our emails, responding back and forth with our clients that is on top of our other administrative task. Over the years i have already learnt a lot of preofessional skills such as being team player, working under pressure, time management, analytical and problem solving skills.

I took online courses regarding real estate, transaction coordination timelines, offer process and social media marketing.
