Hi, I am Alnikka V. Reyes, but please do call me Nikka. I worked with the BPO industry for a few years already, since I was a college student. I handled billing, sales and technical to help our customers. Year 2019, I started to be a freelancer. Mostly, I worked with direct clients. So I became a personal assistant, executive assistant, social media manager, chatter, reservationist, real estate, etc. I've tried a lot of niche. I even worked as a manager, as a manager I always make sure to help the employees and the company. I love to multi-task and organize things, because work will be much easier.
