Hi! My name is ALNIKKA, but please call me NIKKA :) I was a Customer service representative before in a BPO industry, who handles billing, sales and some technical support for the customers. After my career in the BPO industry, I decided to be a freelancer. Worked with different clients and with some Virtual assistant agency. I have a client from the USA that I am her personal assistant, I am the one who handles inventories, her social media, talks to suppliers, etc. I am a Social media manager as well, of a client that I handled from Singapore. I am a person who loves to organize, multi task, hardworking and learn new things.
