I have an end-to-end idea of the accounting process. I have worked for accounts payable for 4 years. My tasks were: check if invoices are valid and if yes, this will be entered in our systems; Oracle and SAP. After a year I was promoted, thus moved to another task which is quality analyst. My role is to check and audit if data which are being entered in our system our valid and correct. I also do monthly reconciliations and check book of vendors for the year end closing. After 2 years, promoted as junior team lead and handled a team. I also do calls with the clients and the stakeholders. I also prepare reports which are being requested by the management.

On my 5th year on our company, I moved to Accounts Receivable thus this gave me a wider view on the accounting side. Task is to apply payments of customers to their purchases. We also call customers and inform them on their outstanding balances, the amount and when it will be due. I am knowledgeable in different google applications like sheets, drive, and suite.

Having an experience both on AP and AR gave me a better understanding on the whole accounting process. My 5 years stay with international accounts gave different views and experiences, thus I can share it with your company, e.g. process improvements and automations.
