I have been working in top management for almost a decade now, and with the learnings and set of skills I have acquired within such period of time, and with all the trainings I received from mentors and leaders of different fields in business, I believe I can help companies in dire need of skills that would help better the efficiency of the process flow of their respective companies and businesses. Such skills like Project Management in implementing changes, improvements and or monitoring of business workflow are what is needed in these times, where businesses and companies are trying to cut costs and eliminate wastes while achieving optimum efficiency in their processes. Other set of management skills are also within me such as making of Performance Management Systems that would determine the best KPIs needed for a certain job positions would also help companies in eliminating redundancies in their businesses.
