My first job was a Telephone Operator in mall who answer call and inquiries from different kind of people. I also act ed as customer service between the employee and employer of the mall. From this job I learned how to answer properly,test my ability in problem solving.My last job was a Manager in a fast food chain. In this, I experienced how to managed your employee,interacted with the customer and do multi tasking job. I was on the operation that is why we need to do everyday sales report,do marketing strategy how we increased our sales, promote good harmonious relationship with our customer so we can build loyalty. I also do advertising and promotion of our new product and upcoming events,posting in social media to attract more and new customer.
