I’ve only been in 1 company for the last 7 years after graduating in College. I’ve mastered the processes for a huge US Telco account having experiences with Sales and Service. I was an agent taking calls for 2 years and have been part of the Training and Quality team for more than 5 years now. I was able to make my way up to becoming a Master Trainer who develops Trainers competencies. Now I am the Sr. Training Supervisor of the team in my site who has a total of 23 Trainers. I am highly involved with driving performance and Trainer development.
