An experienced operations manager who have excelled in driving performance in the industry working on both sales and customer service campaigns. I have successfully managed teams of more than 300 full time employees, 17 team leads and two operations managers. My daily goal included driving sales targets and ensuring the overall day to day operations of the team. I was also tasked with managing all administrative duties as well as partnering with various supporting departments to ensure the needs of the team were met. A self motivated and driven individual who excels in my professional career by ensuring that I balance both the goals of the business as well as the needs of my team. I started in the bpo industry 20 years ago in an entry level role and have gained a wealth of experience during my tenure that has resulted in me becoming a well rounded performer.
