Allen Jay De Guzman

Hello there! My name is Jay and I am from the Philippines. A bit information about myself - I am the kind of person who has the passion for learning and always open to better opportunities life has to offer me. I am actively interested in clothes, shoes and accessories. I love travelling and meeting different kinds of people. I have this immense fascination about experiencing differences in culture. Given the chance, I would love to visit cities like Ankara, Tokyo and London. I am highly interested in working out, playing volleyball and love reading articles about nature and natural disasters. 

I have few good and bad experiences and I learned new things from them over the years. I have worked as a customer service representative for 10 years and gained knowledge in different lines of businesses. Billing concerns, service activation, advanced and basic technical support strategies, general customer concerns and retention processes. I was also given the opportunity to manage my own business, that was able to survive the peak of this "Pandemic". Teaching was also part of the things I did in addition to the previous experiences I had. I got to teach Chinese kids and adults how speak and write in English. I don't settle for less specially to all of the responsibilities assigned to me. I always strive for continued excellence and always willing to do adjustments most definitely whenever situation requires me to do so. An edge over other applicants applying for the same position are those I've mentioned. I am a morning person, given the chance to choose, I would love to work on a dayshift and will always be available. I can do the work full-time. And I have no any health issues and definitely not looking forward to having one. 

I am certain that majority of my work experiences would help in my career with company and since that I consider myself someone who's always willing to learn more, I will be very much delighted and excited to become part of this new journey with all of you.
