I have over 5 years of call center experience. During that time I had to manage customers' accounts, assist with helping them make payments towards their vehicles, make sure that I entered the correct information in the system, take payments, and assist with helping them make purchases and renew subscriptions. I also was responsible for sending emails and doing live chats. I am a fast learner and can work in a fast-paced environment. I am also very flexible with working hours and I am able to begin work as soon as possible.
