Allan Smith Ssenyonjo

Allan Smith Ssenyonjo is a jack of all trades. Starting out his career in the public sector where he handled data analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation of Government projects and being part of parcel of the Ministry's reporting function every quarter.He then moved to the Private sector working with a consultancy firm that had contracts with the Government. As a Consultant/Economist, he carried out assessment of Local Governments, supervised the National Budget speech and carried out feasibility studies on new Government projects.

He also worked a growth startup as a People Analyst where he led surveys, data integrity checks and multi people related functions to provide much needed insights to Top management on people trends.

In addition to having a BA in Economics, Allan also is completing his Master's Thesis in Economic Policy and Planning (expected in 2019)

Allan is a well versed professional, innovative and proactive with multifaceted abilities developed through extensive management and technical experiences. Including management roles in Project Management, Operations, Strategic Planning, , Supply Chain, Human Resources and Communications.

A strong leader, effective communicator and subject matter expert in providing timely and accurate analysis including strategy, operations, staffing, training and continuous improvement initiatives with internal executive leadership.
