I am an experienced Sales Agent/appointment setting for different industries e.g. real estate industry, automotive shops and Apartments for rent in the US. I also worked as an inside sales agent. My job was to provide pricing and availability and set up an appointment to all the possible prospects of the properties in United States as I handle same campaign profile for Keller Williams Real estate Company. I had an experience as a Telemarketer in which I call the leads to sell used auto parts for all makes and models of Cars and Trucks.

I am self-motivated and I try to take situations in a positive manner. I’m hardworking, sincere and honest and I keep on motivating myself until I achieve my goal. In addition to that, I am highly organized and detail-oriented.

One of the greatest skills I have is my customer service skills. I honed my customer service skills during my years in the BPO industry. I was an Escalation Desk Specialist. I handled all supervisory phone calls. I handled all the disputes with bills, payments, services and equipment. I was the one in charged in overriding and approving adjustments on the customer’s account. I got promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist as well. I listened to the calls and provide real-time feedback to the agents and Clients. I was able to conduct calibrations with the training team and operations. I love customer support because I love the constant human interaction and the satisfaction that comes from helping someone solve a problem.

I had an experience with technical accounts as well. I helped customers who have issues with their internet connections as well as the hardware and software of their computers. Part of my responsibility as a technical representative is to up-sell. We encourage customers to upgrade their services such as internet speed, equipment and other packages that may help their internet connection.

In addition to that, I am a person who is full of patience. I am very competitive. I am ambitious and positive. I always perform to the maximum level and exceed expectations set to myself. I am highly organized and detail-oriented. This experience will allow me to excel in this role and hit the ground running.
