I’m a proactive and student-focused Student Services Officer with a background in Account Management, where I handled escalations and built strong client relationships. My experience across both roles has equipped me with excellent communication, problem-solving, and service delivery skills.

In my current role, I support students throughout their learning journey, from enrolment to course completion. I assist with course access, admin tasks, technical troubleshooting, and provide guidance on deferrals, extensions, or withdrawals. I work closely with trainers and internal teams to ensure students receive timely and accurate support.

I use Dynamics 365 CRM and Moodle daily to manage student records, track progress, and resolve concerns. My previous experience as an Account Manager taught me how to remain calm under pressure and manage sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.

I take pride in creating a positive experience for every student I assist. Whether it's a quick question or a complex issue, my goal is always to make students feel supported, understood, and empowered to succeed in their studies.
