vulnerable communities; Men who have sex with men
(MSM), Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs), Female Sex
Workers (FSWs).
The duties of the Interviewer are;
(1) Identifying Community Informants (CIs)
(2) Identifying and visiting key Priority Prevention
Areas from the aggregated data received from the
CIs
(3) Obtaining data from persons at these key spots
(4) Targeted specific community groups with wellness
and disease management information.

tracking; System of Health Accounts (SHA) that is an
international standardized framework that

health system, utilizing the estimations of the SHA that
was first initiated in 2011.
This was a unit within the Ministry of Public Health
(Guyana) that reviewed the following areas of
classification;

(4) Beneficiaries

(6) Factors of Provision
(7) Revenues of Financing Schemes
(8) Capital Formation
In this means; the tasks set forth by the Ministry of
Public Health and its partners; Pan-American Health
Organization (PAHO) and USAID-funded project on
Health Finance & Governance were; interviewing key
stakeholders such as Employers, Non-Governmental
Organizations, Donor Agencies and Insurers.
