Alice Unyeawaji Robert

My name is Alice Unyeawaji Robert, a fair complexioned young lady, who is currently looking for a job in Customer Care Services, and has worked previously as a Customer Care Representative in two different organizations. And as a Customer Care Representative, I made sure that every single contact from a customer to the organization I worked with was a positive experience. I built a good relationship with my customers, I received calls and send out calls, I received emails and send out mails, I educated my customers on the goods and services my customers wanted and how it can benefit them. I communicated very effectively with my customers to learn and know what is of importance to them. I also built a good relationship with my colleagues, and was able to help them when my help and attention was needed and they did same to me. I encountered some Customers who lacked patience etc, I must say that this was one of the challenges I had on the job but I was able to gain their trust, patience, confidence and was able to put them at ease. This I did by wearing a smiling face, listening attentively to them to finish talking, addressing them properly, commenting nicely on their looks to make them smile and then I finally gained access to helping them out with their needs.
