Hi Everyone! 

My name is Alice Mastrile. I was raised in Pampanga and currently living in Cavite. I graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I am a multi-tasking, flexible and fast learner individual who has 12 years of experience in different Industries and positions such as: Encoder, Transcription, Sales, Marketing, Advertising and Food&Beverage. 

HR Recruitment and Admin Support is my primarily best interest and been doing this for more than 5 years. Were my roles and responsibilities is to support human resources department by doing the end to end recruitment. Maintains HR records for newly hires employee, trainings, orientations, labor laws, company policies and procedures, transfers, promotions, evaluations and termination. I am also providing Administrative Support such us managing office stocks, purchasing and deliverable, preparing regular reports including inventory, organizing company records, monitor and maintains website and other social medias of the company. 

Over all due to my strong background and achievements I successfully identify and creating efficiencies in my department. I am very confident I will be able to succeed in this role your hiring for.
