My background includes hands-on experience in property valuation, financial reporting, and client relationship management, coupled with academic achievements in Estate Management and a Chartered Accountants (ACA). I am a quick learner, possess strong analytical abilities, and excel at fostering collaborative relationships within a team. 

My job experience at my place of work, has provided me with valuable practical experience. I have actively participated in property valuations exceeding ₦5 billion and stock valuations over ₦20 billion, showcasing my proficiency in asset valuation, inventory management, and financial reporting. I am adept at preparing and reconciling client invoices, drafting proposals for major clients (including The World Bank and TotalEnergies Limited), and managing client Terms of Engagement. My responsibilities also included meticulous record-keeping and generating comprehensive weekly reports, demonstrating my commitment to accuracy and providing valuable insights to management.

During my graduate internship at Knight Frank, I developed expertise in estate accounting, tax elements, budget preparation, and valuation methodologies. I also gained a solid understanding of property management, lease administration, legal compliance, and health and safety protocols.

 My internship experience at Fisayo Alo & Co. further honed my valuation skills, financial statement preparation abilities, and property management acumen.

My academic background, a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management (Second Class Upper Division) from Obafemi Awolowo University, has equipped me with a strong theoretical foundation in the field. I possess a diverse skill set, including proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, bank reconciliation, journal entries, cash flow management, and accounts payable/receivable.

 I am also skilled in property valuation, market research, property management, negotiation, and due diligence. 

My technical skills include expertise in Microsoft Suites, QuickBooks, MRI software, and Argus. I am also well-versed in relevant regulations and standards, including GAAP, IFRS, real estate laws, and tax laws.

Beyond my technical skills, I possess strong soft skills, including teamwork, problem-solving, communication, analytical thinking, and writing. I am fluent in English. 

I am currently pursuing ACCA certifications, demonstrating my dedication to professional development and staying at the forefront of industry best practices.
